Britain's biggest circulation tabloid, News of the World (NotW) published the latest edition with a simple headline, "THANK YOU & GOODBYE", Sunday (10/07/2011).
Tabloids that have been aged 168 years was closed by the publisher, News International, because phone tapping scandal.

As soon as it finished the last edition printed, editor in chief NotW Colin Meyer and all the journalists out of the headquarters of News International in London.
"As you all can see, this is the latest and last edition of News of the World," Meyer said.
Dozens of cameramen and photographers other media that perpetuate the emotional events.
"Here's to the 8674 edition after 168 years. I want to express appreciation to the team of great people who, though through a difficult day has produced a great newspaper," he continued.
"It's a sad day, not a day that we want or deserve we get. This is our last respect to the 7.5 million readers, this is for you, and staff, thank you," said Meyer.
"And now in the best traditions of Fleet Street, we went to the pub." Meyer and hundreds of his men then walked together to the bar to "celebrate" the publication of their latest works.
The last edition was printed about 5 million copies. This final issue also does not accept any advertising and all sales profits will be donated to charity.
Closure of the News of the World stated directly by James Murdoch, the boss of News International, on Thursday (07/07/2011).
NotW alleged phone-tapping and voice messages (voice mail) phone thousands of people, from politicians, celebrities, to ordinary people. Victims typically associated intercepts a big case.
Although it appears the alleged wiretapping since 2006, the case became big after becoming an alleged disclosure of an investigator who worked for the tabloid listen and delete voice messages a teenager 13 years later found dead.
The scandal also be a heavy blow to British Prime Minister David Cameron is known to be close to several tabloid editors who were allegedly involved in the wiretapping scandal.
